8 Live Meditation Sessions per month

Two 60-minute guided sessions per week Monday & Saturday 3pm & 10pm Central Time US. 

These gently themed meditations are rooted in presence, compassion, and inner awakening. Each session is designed to help you return to yourself — grounding in peace, opening to stillness, and rediscovering joy.

3 sample Sessions per month

These are shorter introductory sessions for people to see what its like before they sign up, and do not contain the elevated frequencies that are a part of the monthly membership!

These sessions are open to all — an invitation to sample the space, energy, and flow of our monthly series. These sessions include only intro tracks. Come as you are, leave a little lighter.
